- Fun Activities are suitable for ages 5 – 70 years depends on the conditions of the body and health restriction.
- Adventures tours will depend on the activity, it is stated at each package option of the activities.
WHAT TO WEAR?
- Casual cloth or T Shirt is recommended.
- Don’t forget to bring change of clothes for any wet tours and activities.
AGES CATEGORY
- Since each tour has different ages categories for adult, children, and infant, you could check the categorization showed at each package of tour and activities
TOURS EQUIPMENT
- All the equipment are based on International Safety Standard.

- Bali SUN Tours’ Driver-Guide and transportation, also some of tours and activities will relate to third party.

- We strongly recommend you book in advance, especially during holiday peak periods, such as school holidays, Christmas and New Year, etc.

PRICES & PAYMENT
- Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp.) with hidden of three zero (000), e.g. Rp. 100.000 is written Rp. 100 in order to make it easy to calculate.
- Full payment needed to confirm the reservation when make a booking. We accept payment by Credit Card.
- Each price listed on the site is only available with certain conditions and these prices may change depending on the availability of booking, length of booking and/or other factors.
- Available prices can include additional taxes and other charges, but in certain circumstances it may not include taxes and other service charges (e.g., tips for tour guides, other facilities charges (if any), and other charges/fees which may arise from the use of services other than those provided by Bali Sun Tours (if any).
- You agree that you are responsible for verifying the total cost to be paid and other terms and details when the confirmation email is sent.
- You must verify the booking on the booking sheet, and you may cancel the booking at any time before the final confirmation is done.
- Prices shown are detailed so that you can see the amount to be paid, any additional costs due to the use of credit cards or inter-bank fees charged for the shipping fees will be charged to you. If there is a discrepancy in the amount paid, Bali Sun Tours will provide an email notification of the amount to be paid by you.
- In the event that you cancel the booking before paying in full any existing shortcomings, Bali Sun Tours will refund the amount paid or, subject to any applicable rights you may have at law, refund an amount reduced by the reasonable costs incurred by Bali Sun Tours as a result of the non-payment.
- For any other cancellations, subject to any applicable rights you may have at law, as well as Bali Sun Tours, Bali Sun Tours will first investigate and verify applicable booking prior to providing refunds of the same amount paid by you, less any applicable costs incurred by Bali Sun Tours, including however not limited to processing and administrative surcharges, inter-bank transfer fees, credit card fees etc. (“Refund Amount”).
- Upon successful verification by Bali Sun Tours, refunds will initially be offered to you in the form of electronic vouchers.
- You can contact Bali Sun Tours Customer Service for further details on the estimated duration for receiving your refund and we will assist you as best as we can.
RESCHEDULE & CHANGE BOOKING
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your booking up to 3 days before the tour/activity date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 2 days of the activity is not allowed.
- Participant Changes: changes to the number of participants can be made up to 48 hours before the tour/activity. Any reductions in the number of participants made after this time will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelled by Customers:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the scheduled tour/activity date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the tour/activity date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less then 24 hours of the tour/activity date are non-refundable.
- Cancel due to sickness: Customers allowed to cancel the tour/activity due to sickness (proof by doctor certificate), in this case 50% refund will be received
Cancelled by Bali SUN Tours:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour/activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No Shows:
- If you do not arrive on time or fail to attend the scheduled tour/activity without prior notification, no refund will be provided. However,
- If you would like keep your booking for the other day, an additional charge of only 50% from the original booking price will be applied as a gesture of goodwill.
Important Notes:
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or through our customer service hotline.
- Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellations due to personal circumstances.
- This policy is clear, professional, and ensures both parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
REFUND PROCEDURE
Direct Booking:
- Refund back to the same credit card that used for the payment, it will take 3-7 business days depends on your bank policy, when you booked and paid through our website or by card with payment link.
Paid via Bank Transfer:
- Refund manually transfer back to your bank account, it may takes between 5 to 14 business days to be completed. International bank transfers might take longer, sometimes up to 30 days.
Booking via Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
- Refund will be proceed by the OTA with their refund policy and term and condition, for you who booked tours via OTA e.g. booking.com, klook, viator, tripadvisor, trip.com, pelago, groupon, kkd, etc.)
TOURS INSURANCE
- Customer is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance.
- Tours and activities are covered by insurance of the operator.
