Great and memorable experience with Ayung River Rafting Adventures. The tour guides are very generous and kind.
The facilities are good and overall I am satisfied. The meals are clean because you can choose from the menu. And it was good that it was a 10-minute walk from the company to the river, but overall, there was no proper explanation or guidance, which was disappointing. The staff didn't seem to communicate well with each other, and it didn't seem like they cared about the customers. It felt like they were just telling us to follow them? And after rafting, we had to wait too long for the car back to the company. And they forced us to buy drinks in the middle of the course... I guess it's inevitable because it's a tourist attraction, but it's a shame. Still, it was my first time rafting, so the scenery was nice and it was fun.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would to Lisa our tour guide doing an amazing job driving us around carefully and providing genuine suggestions which really made this tour worthwhile. Our day started off being picked up at 8:30am at our accomodation. Communication was easy through WhatsApp with him. He drove us to White Water Rafting and waited for us while we did rafting and had a buffet lunch. Next, we suprise visit to coffee plantation for some free coffee tasting and an opportunity to try Bali coffee. Our itinerary included two waterfalls, namely, Kanto Lampo and Timbumana waterfall. We got to Kanto Lampo waterfall first and it was very busy with people lining up to take pictures. It was an absolutely stunning place but it was much too busy with photo-shooting sessions left and right. Lisa could tell we were a-bit over it with the overcrowding and he suggested a hidden gem called Taman Sari waterfall which was nearby Timbumana. And let me emphasise how stunning it was with MUCH less people, two waterfalls and a safe swimming spot to swim. Would recommend Lisa our driver to take you around as he is very patient, knowledgeable, helped us take some group photos while offering personalised suggestions to make the trip all the more enjoyable.

They made the whole experience even better than expected. Boby our driver was also there to pick us up on time and got us to infinity adventures ahead of schedule and home again in great time too.
